Once you are on the main part of the trail, it is a fairly fun, relaxing ride with 2 great climbs, one on the upper Freer trail, the other cant be missed. Great scenery.
The Main entrance is on Langhorn road behind the church. If you go to Lynchburg College you can Go up Old Forest road and their is an entrance to the left of a old trailer house on the right, this will take you on some dirt single track but you cross two bridges before the ride really begins. Finally you can enter the backside by the Lynchburg train station, this takes you down a paved bike path for a while but it comes to some fun trails. (Recommended)
